Living The Good Life

Life without Christ is hopeless and has no meaning! God never intended for the human race to live a life apart from Him. When God put the first man, Adam, on the earth in the Garden of Eden, He gave him everything he needed to live the good life.

 

In the Garden of Eden, Adam and his wife, Eve, experienced the presence of The Lord each day. They walked in divine health, and God gave them total provision throughout eternity. However, one of the commands that Adam had from God was not to eat of one tree in the garden, THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL found in Genesis 2:15-17.

 

When Adam disobeyed God, he became separated relationally from God. He was disconnected from His Creator and was no longer living the life God originally planned for him. Adam’s choice affected the whole human race. We now are born into a world separated from God the Father and the Creator. The good news, however, is that Jesus the Son of God fixed the problem that Adam created!
